Keep the print crisp. Keep the fabric clean.

Good care doesn’t just protect the garment — it protects the finish. Follow the steps below to keep your Mitchatte pieces looking sharp for longer.

Golden rules (read first)

• Turn the garment inside out before washing

• Wash on cold / gentle cycle

• Avoid high heat (dryer + hot iron)

• Never iron directly on the print

• Treat stains early, not aggressively

For T-shirts / Hoodies / Sweatshirts (screen printed)

Washing

• Cold wash (recommended) or gentle warm if needed

• Use mild detergent

• Wash with similar colors

• Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals

Drying

• Air-dry when possible

• If using a dryer: low heat / delicate

• Remove promptly to avoid creases setting into the print

Ironing

• Iron inside out, or place a cloth between iron and fabric

• Do not iron directly on printed areas

• Use low to medium heat

What to avoid

• High heat washing or drying

• Aggressive stain removers applied on the print

• Hard scrubbing directly over printed areas

• Long soaking

Stain tips (safe approach)

• Blot, don’t rub

• Use mild soap + cold water

• For stubborn stains, treat the fabric area carefully and avoid the print surface

Headwear (beanies / knit)

• Hand wash cold (best) or gentle cycle in a wash bag

• Reshape while damp

• Lay flat to dry

• Avoid high heat and twisting/wringing

Storage

• Fold clean and dry pieces

• Avoid leaving heavy items hanging on knitwear for long periods

• Keep away from direct sunlight for long storage

Tolerance: Please allow ±1–2 cm variation in measurements and minor differences after washing.
