Drop Policy

Clear rules. No surprises.

Mitchatte releases are built as small-batch drops. Quantities are limited by design—each piece is printed carefully and checked before it ships.

1) What a “drop” means

A drop is a release of specific designs, sizes, and quantities that are available until sold out. When it’s gone, it’s gone — unless we announce a restock.

2) Limited quantities

Each item is produced in small batches.
Stock per size is limited and may sell out quickly.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

3) Restocks

Restocks are not guaranteed. If we restock, it may be:

a small re-run of the same item, or
a revised version with updated details (fit, color, print, label, etc.).

If a restock happens, we announce it clearly.

4) “Notify me” (Back in stock)

If your size is sold out, use Notify me:

You’ll get one email when the item is back in stock.
No spam. No extra messages.
If the restock is extremely limited, your size may sell out again before you check out.

5) Launch times & timezone

If we publish a launch time, it’s always in Yerevan time (UTC+4).

6) Purchase limits (anti-reseller)

To keep drops fair, we may apply limits such as:

max 2 units per item per order
max 1 order per customer per drop

If we detect bulk/reseller behavior, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

7) Orders, changes, and cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly.

If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible.
Changes/cancellations are only possible before the order ships.
After shipment, changes are no longer guaranteed.

8) Shipping (Republic of Armenia)

We currently ship within Republic of Armenia.

Processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery time: shown at checkout where available.
Shipping fees (if any): calculated at checkout.
Tracking: provided if available.

9) Returns & exchanges (Armenia)

You can request a return (refund) or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your item (if eligible).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags/labels.

Non-returnable items may include customized/made-to-order items, sealed hygiene items once opened, and items that are legally non-returnable in Armenia.

10) Defects or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible (recommended within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and photos/video.
If confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping.
