Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Mitchatte. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work for orders delivered within the Republic of Armenia.
Return window (Armenia)
You can request a return (refund) or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your item, if it meets the eligibility rules below.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

unused/unworn and not washed

in the same condition you received it (no stains, odors, damage)

with original tags/labels (and seals, if applicable)

with proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
We may refuse returns or adjust the refund amount if the item is not in its original condition.
Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for:

customized / personalized / made-to-order items
-
sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene/health reasons once opened
-
items that are legally non-returnable/non-exchangeable in Armenia (for example, underwear/hosiery such as socks if sold in the future)
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible (recommended within 48 hours of delivery) at commerce@mitchatte.store with:

photos/video showing the issue (and packaging if relevant)
If confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping.

Please don’t send items back before receiving our confirmation/instructions.
Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns/exchanges (size/color/preferences): return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we agree otherwise.

For confirmed defects or our mistake (wrong item): we cover reasonable return shipping or arrange pickup.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible
-
processing target: up to 10 business days after approval (your bank/payment provider may take longer)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
